Who we are

Plexo Pty Ltd ("Plexo", "we", "us") is a growth consultancy based in Burleigh Heads, Queensland, Australia. This policy covers plexo.online and the services we offer through it, including the Business Audit and Mini Audit.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us — name, email, phone number and business details when you fill in a form, buy an audit, or chat with us on the site.
• Order information — what you purchased, the amount paid, and a payment reference. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Usage and measurement data — pages visited, approximate region, and actions such as completing a purchase, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Measurement and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads tags (provided by Google) to measure how visitors use this site and whether our advertising leads to real enquiries and purchases. This includes page-view events and a purchase conversion event that sends the order value, currency and a transaction reference to Google. Google may use this data for measurement and ad personalisation in line with its own policies — see Google's Business Data responsibility site.

Visitors in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Quebec are shown a consent banner before advertising measurement runs, and their choice is honoured. Elsewhere, measurement runs by default and you can opt out at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

Your choices

You can accept or reject advertising cookies, and change your mind at any time: open Cookie settings. Rejecting cookies does not affect your ability to use the site or buy from us.

How we use and store information

We use your details to deliver what you bought, respond to enquiries, and — where you've asked for it — send you our newsletter. We don't sell your information. Data is stored with our service providers (including Stripe for payments and Google for measurement) and kept only as long as needed for those purposes or as the law requires.
