The constraint
Demand was arriving, but the business couldn't hold it. Enquiries were answered inconsistently, memberships were sold as a single price point, and content ran separately from anything commercial. The ceiling wasn't reach — it was the system behind the reach.
What we built
We rebuilt the offer ladder so a first visit had an obvious next step and a twelve-month value path. We fixed the post-purchase flow: segmented CRM lists, automated follow-up and clear ownership of every handoff. Then we ran the content calendar as a revenue engine, planning hooks against the questions people ask before they book.
The outcome
Monthly revenue moved from $65k to $110k in six months, without opening another location. The systems stayed in-house: the team runs the publishing rhythm and the follow-up flows, with a live dashboard showing pipeline and revenue weekly.
