The constraint

A wellness product brand posting consistently with almost nothing to show for it. Content was aesthetic but inward-facing: it spoke to people who already followed the brand rather than the much larger group searching for answers about hydration and recovery.

What we built

We rebuilt the content engine around search intent — pillars mapped to the questions customers ask before they buy, hooks written to be found rather than admired, and a batching rhythm the in-house team could hold every week. Paid activity was kept deliberately small so the signal from organic reach stayed readable.

The outcome

95,797 organic views with 93.8% of reach earned rather than bought, 66.6% of it from people who did not already follow the account, and 5,184 profile visits — a 538.4% lift in the reporting period. Paid contributed 6.2% of views and 0.4% of interactions.

Posting a lot and reaching nobody new?

That is a content engine problem, not an effort problem. Let's find where it breaks.
